1、卖方所提供的货物如发生故障，在接到买方通知后24小时内给出解决方案。在买方有要求时，卖方在收到买方通知48小时内到达广东省范围内现场进行处理。

In case of any failure of the goods provided by the Seller, the Seller shall provide solutions within 24 hours after receiving the Buyer's notice. If required by the Buyer, the Seller shall arrive at the site in Guangdong Province for handling within 48 hours after receiving the Buyer's notice.   

 

2、在保修期内如果买方不是人为损坏机械，卖方会提供免费保修。

During the warranty period, if the buyer does not damage the machinery artificially, the seller will provide free warranty.   

 

 

3、产品质保期为发货后18个月或安装后12个月，两者以先到为准。在质保期内，卖方对货物出现的问题负责处理解决并承担费用。

The product warranty period is 18 months after delivery or 12 months after installation, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, the Seller shall be responsible for solving the problems about the goods and bear the costs.

 

 

4、卖方在设备正常运行期间，进行定期回访，了解设备的使用情况。

During the normal operation of the equipment, the Seller shall pay a regular return visit to know about the running condition of the equipment.
